The firm was registered on December 18, 2003 as a true Nigerian practice. Its founding Partner, Mr. E.C. Nwanna, is a quintessential Chartered Accountant trained under UAC of Nigeria's renowned Unilever Audit, having gone through most of the divisions of the UAC conglomerate.
He later joined a financial consulting firm, Finance Adjusters, where his accounting profession and experience were broadened. That experience motivated him to establish Emmanuel Nwanna & Co.
